Thomas WEINHAPPEL

He began in the Vienna Boys Choir in America, Sweden, Germany, England ... 1990 to 1994. He studied singing and oratory in the Vienna Conservatory with honor. He won the “Competition de Fidelio" in 2004, "Johannes Brahms" in 2005 and "Gradus ad Parnassum" in 2006. Since 2007 has played leading roles as Papageno in The Magic Flute at St Margarethen Opernfestipiele and Lucerne, Dr. Falke in Strauss’s Fledermaus in Germany, He just played the role of Don Giovanni in August at the Klassik Schlossfestival Kirchstetten in Austria. This is his second collaboration with Opera 2001, in 2011 he played a magnificent Papageno in The Magic Flute.
