Hiroko MORITA

Born in Kyoto and graduated with honors at the State University of Fine Arts and Music in Tokyo, she continued her studies in Italy.
She has won the Special Prize at the National Mainici Competition, second prize in the "Battle Operatic Competition" in Tokyo and the special prize in the "Italo-Japanese Competition" in Tokyo.

She began hes career in Japan and subsequently she has directed an intense collaboration with the New National Theatre Tokyo Symphony Orchestra and the Tokyo debut with Micaela in Carmen, Liu in Turandot, Pamina in The Magic Flute...
Since 2000 she lives in Italy with a successful career. She debuted the role of Cio-Cio-San in New Orleans and has since been the great Butterfly in theaters around the world: Teatro Segura in Lima, Bogotá Fine Arts, Yamguchi in Japan, etc..
