Paolo ANTOGNETTI

He studied trumpet at the Conservatory G. Puccini La Spezia, where he graduated with honours. He began his vocal studies under the direction of Ms. Giovanna Canetti, and continued with maestro Giuliano Ciannella, maestro William Matteuzzi and Mrs. Florence Marchiori Salvaggio. He has performed at: The Coronation of Poppea, Rigoletto, The Marriage of Figaro, Don Giovanni, the Capulets and the Montagues, among others. His repertoire ranges from Baroque to Romanticism: Bach, Handel, Rossini, Mozart, Donizetti, Massenet, Gounod, Verdi. He was awarded in 2011 with the “Callas” award for young emerging artists.
